Licata Dental wholeheartedly believes in educating our patients on how their oral health directly affects their overall health and wellness. To evaluate your complete oral health, we will start by performing your comprehensive dental exam, which will involve a series of x-rays, a gum health exam, a camera screening of your teeth, a cavity-detecting exam, and an oral cancer exam. We will then use all of this information to recommend the best type of cleaning you may need. If we detect gum disease problems at your appointment, we will inform you of these concerns and outline options for treatment that are more detail-focused for your health status. Please allow us at least 90 minutes for your first appointment to gather the information we need and to educate you about the state of your overall oral health.
Our patients are seen by scheduling an appointment, so please call in advance to reserve a time. Our office phone number is 636-532-2101. We make every effort to honor your appointment on time, and we appreciate the same courtesy extended to us. If you must change your scheduled appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 72 hours notice.
Prior to visiting our office, you will need to gather your insurance information and other pertinent health history data. You can fill out our forms easily online and submit them electronically and we will have your needed information before you arrive for your appointment. If you would like to print our forms to have them on paper, that is an option too. Before your arrival at our office, please go to FORMS AND DOCUMENTS
. You can fill out and submit the forms electronically or print the six pages that we need prior to your first appointment. With the paper forms, you can scan, email or USPS mail these completed forms ahead if you wish, or bring them with you to your first appointment.
