Dr. Licata's office is always, friendly and up to date. They get me in on time with a smile, do an excellent cleaning job, and make sure I take care of my teeth. Recently I had a small toothache over the weekend and left a message on voicemail, and the doctor got right back to me a set up an appointment for Monday morning. I can't recommend this office more highly.

I have been a patient of Dr Licata for over 30 years. We met when she came to my daughter’s preschool. I have a very complicated medical history with a having head and neck radiation that effect my teeth and mouth. She and the office staff have stayed on top of everything more than some of my physicians. Here entire staff is friendly and warm and very good at cleaning and assisting the dentist. I recommend Dr Licata without reservation. She is very smart and her work is always perfect. If you haven’t been in awhile she is a good person to help you get back on track.

Dr. Likata is absolutely the nicest dentist I’ve ever met in my life! She is so thorough and sweet and always ask about my family ! I have never had a dentist spend time with me on my first appointment and say that she wants to get to know my mouth and examine each tooth so carefully ! She even performed my cleaning for me herself the first time! The whole office is clean well-organized and well- run! The staff are all professional, friendly and they work well with the new customer experience. My eight year old daughter had a lot of cavities and it could’ve been a very Trumatic experience for her. Here they worked really well with us and set up multiple visits that put her at ease and help her get through the process! She had had no cavities since , As she feels much more inspired to care for her 🦷 teethe! I definitely recommend this practice!

The dental assistant there repeatedly made negative comments about my appearance. At one point even went as far as to call me, and I quote “one of those people” to the front desk person right in front of me because I turned down the complimentary toothpaste due to a legitimate allergy to fluoride. The dentist herself would never let me get a word in and talk over me. Still have issues with some of the work that was done. Overall a very unpleasant experience every time I went.

My experience involved a dental emergency: the veneer on my front tooth fell off, causing no pain but leaving an unsightly mess. Dr. Licata worked me into her schedule in a matter of hours, at the beginning of a holiday weekend no less! She gave me all of the care and attention usually associated with a regular appointment. As I left her office with my problem solved, I felt both impressed by — and appreciative of — her very professional treatment. I also felt relieved and happy to be whole once again!

Dr Licata has been my dentist for over 30 years, and I have trusted her with my dental care completely! Over the years I have needed multiple procedures including cavity filling, crown work, teeth whitening, and even a snore guard! Of course the twice yearly checkups including cleaning have helped me stay on top of my dental health. If a root canal was indicated, or other more intricate procedures I was referred promptly to a specialist for care. I think so highly of her and her office that I have referred multiple people to her over these 30+ years. I know she will offer you the same very professional care that I have enjoyed all these years!

During those 23 years Dr. Licata has worked patiently and expertly to resolve what had become 50 years of dental neglect. Many problems of which she strategically has resolved one by one over time. Resolved such that at my most recent check-up we again found no significant issues. As usual there were "Watch Areas" identified and followed up on from previous visits. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Licata for over 20 years and have been extremely happy with her care. We were so pleased with the care we get there that although we moved about 70 miles away from Chesterfield in 2003, we continue to got to see Dr. Licata and her excellent staff for our dental care. We can always count on them to be there for us even if we have some emergency. Dr. Licata is the best dentist I have ever known. She is kind, patient, friendly, and has a great sense of humor as well as a smooth and gentle touch with all of the potentially painful instruments at her disposal. Truth is, I'm kind of a wimp when it comes to pain in my mouth, but Dr. Licata has done more to make me comfortable than any of the dentists that came before her. Her hygienists share her vision for pain free, friendly dentistry and they always work around my hectic schedule to get me in to see Leslie (Lisa is great too!) When I was 17 (36 years ago) a dentist told me that I would be keeping my teeth in my pocket before I was 30, The next time I saw one, I was 26. Some have tried to shame me over the "poor" condition of my teeth (at 53 I still have all but the wisdom teeth!) I have seen a dozen or more since then with very few repeat visits, but now we go like clockwork to see Dr. Licata because she and her staff are wonderful, they help us to keep track of when it's time for our cleanings, they deal with the insurance company on our behalf, and quite effectively to maximize our benefits. Recently I had a small toothache over the weekend and left a message on voicemail, and the doctor got right back to me a set up an appointment for Monday morning. I have a very complicated medical history with a having head and neck radiation that effect my teeth and mouth. She and the office staff have stayed on top of everything more than some of my physicians. Here entire staff is friendly and warm and very good at cleaning and assisting the dentist. I recommend Dr Licata without reservation. She is very smart and her work is always perfect. If you haven’t been in awhile she is a good person to help you get back on track.

Dr. Likata is absolutely the nicest dentist I’ve ever met in my life! She is so thorough and sweet and always ask about my family ! I have never had a dentist spend time with me on my first appointment and say that she wants to get to know my mouth and examine each tooth so carefully ! She even performed my cleaning for me herself the first time! The whole office is clean well-organized and well- run! The staff are all professional, friendly and they work well with the new customer experience. My eight year old daughter had a lot of cavities and it could’ve been a very Trumatic experience for her. Here they worked really well with us and set up multiple visits that put her at ease and help her get through the process! The dental assistant there repeatedly made negative comments about my appearance. At one point even went as far as to call me, and I quote “one of those people” to the front desk person right in front of me because I turned down the complimentary toothpaste due to a legitimate allergy to fluoride. The dentist herself would never let me get a word in and talk over me. Still have issues with some of the work that was done. Overall a very unpleasant experience every time I went.

My experience involved a dental emergency: the veneer on my front tooth fell off, causing no pain but leaving an unsightly mess. Dr. Licata worked me into her schedule in a matter of hours, at the beginning of a holiday weekend no less! She gave me all of the care and attention usually associated with a regular appointment. As I left her office with my problem solved, I felt both impressed by — and appreciative of — her very professional treatment. I also felt relieved and happy to be whole once again!

Dr Licata has been my dentist for over 30 years, and I have trusted her with my dental care completely! Over the years I have needed multiple procedures including cavity filling, crown work, teeth whitening, and even a snore guard! Of course the twice yearly checkups including cleaning have helped me stay on top of my dental health. If a root canal was indicated, or other more intricate procedures I was referred promptly to a specialist for care. I think so highly of her and her office that I have referred multiple people to her over these 30+ years. I know she will offer you the same very professional care that I have enjoyed all these years!

Resolved such that at my most recent check-up we again found no significant issues. As usual there were "Watch Areas" identified and followed up on from previous visits. They are a fantastic group of women! I've been going to Dr.Licata for over 20 years and now I take my son (3yrs) and he loves the dentist. They make him feel so safe and comfortable. They are the best!
I have been a long time patient at Licata Dental. I keep coming back because Leslie, the dental hygienist, is the best. Her smiling face makes every visit a pleasant experience. I wouldn't drive 40 miles one way to get my teeth cleaned if it wasn't for her.
We've been seeing Dr. Licata for the past 25 years. She and her staff are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. She has helped us through many situations when we've needed fillings and crowns. And her dental hygienist Linda has been keeping our teeth very clean with our semi-annual visits. What I like about Dr. Licata and her staff is they always take the time to address any concerns, make recommendations and take the time to fully explain what they see with the teeth and provide encouragement.

Going to the dentist is a good experience at Dr. Licata’s office! They are professional and easy to talk to, making going to the dentist less stressful. The covid protocol at Dr. Licata’s office made me feel very safe during my visit.

I recently moved to Georgia yet I still plan my visits back home to Missouri around my dentist appointments. That should tell you how amazing they are! As a fairly new patient at Dr. Licata's office, I couldn't be more pleased! I smile from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave. The staff is always in great spirits and makes you feel comfortable and safe, especially in regards to the current pandemic we're all trying to navigate through. Been coming to Licata's all my life and every experience has been a good one! Staff is always friendly, willing to answer questions, and does their best to make your visit as smooth and comfortable as possible. If you need a dentist, you'll find none better than Faye! My family has been going to Dr. Licata for more than 15 years and we love her and her staff. We can always count on them to be there for us even if we have some emergency. Dr. Licata is the best dentist I have ever known. She is kind, patient, friendly, and has a great sense of humor as well as a smooth and gentle touch with all of the potentially painful instruments at her disposal. Truth is, I'm kind of a wimp when it comes to pain in my mouth, but Dr. Licata has done more to make me comfortable than any of the dentists that came before her. Her hygienists share her vision for pain free, friendly dentistry and they always work around my hectic schedule to get me in to see Leslie (Lisa is great too!) When I was 17 (36 years ago) a dentist told me that I would be keeping my teeth in my pocket before I was 30, The next time I saw one, I was 26. Some have tried to shame me over the "poor" condition of my teeth (at 53 I still have all but the wisdom teeth!) I have seen a dozen or more since then with very few repeat visits, but now we go like clockwork to see Dr. Licata because she and her staff are wonderful, they help us to keep track of when it's time for our cleanings, they deal with the insurance company on our behalf, and quite effectively to maximize our benefits. If you need a dentist, you'll find none better than Faye!

I highly recommend this dental office. Dr. Licata and her staff are super professional and friendly, while providing such great care. After about 15 years of going to Dr. Licata, I'm always impressed with how they continue to stay current (state of the art) in all matters. We drive an hour, but it is worth it to get such caring service. (And honest prices.)

Been a patient of Dr. Licata's for nearly 25 years. Family members also go to her. She's an excellent Dentist, with a terrific staff and a nice cheery office. I suggested my sister go to her, but she went to someone closer only to have that dentist put her crown on backwards. Now my sister goes to Dr. Licata!

Dr. Licata and her friendly and talented staff give the best care and advice for all your dental needs. My 6 year old granddaughter WANTS to go to the dentist because she enjoyed the visit so much.
